RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR STUDENT RECITALS PROCEDURES: 1. Please write legibly when you fill out the application form. 2. Include only ONE check from teacher for the total fees, payable to "MTAC San Mateo Branch". Solo: $6 per student up to 5 minutes. $10 per student up to 10 minutes. Duet/small ensemble: $10 per group up to 10 minutes. 3. Include one self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) addressed to the TEACHER. 4. Send the completed form, your check, and the SASE to: Karen Tse. Call her at 373-7783.for her address. INFORMATION: 1. Please check the calendar for recital times and arrive at least 15 minutes before the recital start time. 2. Each recital should last about one hour. All parents and students are expected to stay through the entire recital. A certificate of participation will be awarded to each student at the end of the recital. REQUIREMENTS: 1. DEADLINE: must be received no later than 2 weeks before each recital date. 2. Maximum number of students per teacher: 3 (there may be an exception if there is a low turnout). 3. There is no age limit imposed on the students. ALL SOLO PIECES SHOULD BE PERFORMED FROM MEMORY. |
